Terms of Service
Effective: 2026-05-04
1. Agreement
By creating an account or using PeekPass you agree to these Terms and to our Privacy Policy. The operator's legal disclosure is at the end of the Privacy Policy.
2. Eligibility and account
You must be at least 18 years old to use PeekPass. You must not create an account, attempt to access the service, or appear in any uploaded content if you are under 18. You must access the service only from a jurisdiction where doing so is lawful.
You are responsible for keeping your account credentials confidential and for activity under your account. You may delete your account from settings at any time.
3. PeekPoints
PeekPoints (PP) are a prepaid digital credit usable inside PeekPass. PeekPoints have no value outside the platform. Buyers cannot transfer or redeem PeekPoints for cash. Top-ups are processed by our payment provider in your local currency.
4. What an unlock provides
Spending PeekPoints on a creator's content gives you a personal, non-exclusive, non-transferable licence to view that content within PeekPass. The creator retains all copyright and other rights. You may not redistribute, re-upload, resell, or publicly display unlocked content outside PeekPass, in whole or in part.
5. Creator obligations
Creators are solely responsible for content they upload. By uploading you confirm that you own or are licensed to distribute the content, that every person depicted is at least 18 and has consented to depiction and distribution, and that the content complies with these Terms and applicable law. Identity verification by our payout provider is required before any cashout.
6. Prohibited content and conduct
The following are not permitted on PeekPass:
- Content sexualising or depicting persons under 18. Confirmed matches are reported to the Swiss Federal Office of Police and, where applicable, to the United States National Center for Missing and Exploited Children, with immediate account suspension.
- Non-consensual intimate imagery, including content depicting any person without their documented, current consent.
- Depictions of sexual activity or genitalia.
- Depictions of real-world violence, coercion, torture, or self-harm.
- Content incitating violence or hatred against a person or group.
- Impersonation or misrepresentation of identity.
- Anything otherwise unlawful in Switzerland or in the user's jurisdiction.
- Harassment, doxxing, threats, fraud, or attempts to circumvent moderation or anti-fraud systems.
7. Reports and moderation
Anyone may report content or conduct that may violate these Terms or applicable law, via the in-app report tool or by email to support@peekpass.app. We may remove content, suspend accounts, refuse or reverse payouts, or restrict features upon a credible report or our own finding of a likely violation. For clearly unlawful content we act within 72 hours of valid notification. Affected users may appeal a moderation decision by emailing support@peekpass.app within 14 days of the action.
8. Payouts and refunds
Verified creators may withdraw earned PeekPoints to a supported payout provider, subject to a platform fee and any provider fees. The fee is shown on the withdrawal page before submission. Withdrawal is irrevocable once submitted; processing time depends on the chosen provider.
PeekPoints are non-refundable once spent. Top-up amounts are non-refundable, except where required by applicable consumer- protection law. Refund requests can be sent to support@peekpass.app.
9. Referral programme
Each account receives a referral code. When a person signs up using your code, you earn 10% of the platform fee on their PeekPoint top-ups and 10% of the platform fee on their creator withdrawals, payable from the platform fee on real economic activity. Minimum referral withdrawal is USD 50 in equivalent PeekPoints. Self-referral and other abuse of the programme are grounds for forfeiture of earnings and account termination. We may change the rates prospectively or wind the programme down with reasonable advance notice; already-accrued commissions remain payable.
10. Suspension and termination
We may suspend or terminate access if, on reasonable review of the available evidence, we conclude that you have violated these Terms or applicable law, or where suspension is necessary to comply with a legal obligation or to protect users. Some records are retained after termination as described in the Privacy Policy.
11. Disclaimer and limitation of liability
PeekPass is provided "as is". To the maximum extent permitted by law, we disclaim all implied warranties and are not liable for indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, or for any loss of profits, revenue, or data. Our total aggregate liability for direct damages is limited to the amount you have paid to PeekPass in the twelve months preceding the claim. Nothing in this section limits liability that cannot be limited under applicable law, including mandatory consumer-protection rights.
12. Governing law
These Terms are governed by Swiss law. Disputes are subject to the jurisdiction of the competent Swiss courts at the operator's domicile. Consumers resident in the EU or EEA retain the right to invoke mandatory consumer-protection rules of their country of residence.
13. EU recipients
For users located in the European Union, the contact for authorities under EU law is legal@peekpass.app; the contact for recipients of the service is support@peekpass.app.
14. Changes
We may update these Terms. Material changes are announced by email and noted at the top of this page. Continued use after a material change constitutes acceptance.
